I somehow managed to get 9.5 HOURS of sleep flying economy and my Garmin gave me a sleep score of 81 🤯 In this vlog I’m flying all the way from Sydney to Athens with Scoot, and I’m showing you exactly what I did to make a long-haul economy flight as comfortable (and sleep-filled!) as possible.
My journey starts at Sydney International Airport, where I visit the Plaza Premium Lounge before boarding Scoot flight TR11 from Sydney to Singapore. After arriving at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1, I have a long layover and try out BOTH the Plaza Premium Lounge and SATS Premier Lounge before boarding Scoot flight TR50 from Singapore to Athens.
And it’s on that second flight that things get interesting… 😴 I track my sleep with my Garmin and somehow wake up to 9 hours 27 minutes of sleep and an 81 sleep score!
